Derek has studied and qualified as a Clinical Hypnotherapist through the Hypnotherapy Training College in Australia. He is a Specialist in Training and Development and holds a National Diploma in Outcomes Based Education. He is able to develop an design training material and assessments and has done so in his career to a very high standard in the past. He is passionate about educating students to their fullest potential and to the highest standards and believes in lifelong and experiential learning together with formal learning on any platform. He approaches all education activities with preparedness and enthusiasm to ensure the best experience and outcomes for each student. Derek has also studied toward a Bachelor of Commerce degree and attained qualification in Business Management, focusing on Financial, Marketing and Industrial Relations Management. Derek is committed to teaching and mentoring students and providing them with the tools to become  highly skilled and confident hypnotherapists.
